Cultural journeys
Last Friday (May 24th) there was a concert "Musical journeys of the 60s, 70s, 80s" organized in cooperation with the Białołęka Cultural Center.
The concert was the culmination of the campaign organized for the "Akogo?" Foundation. by the Primary School with Integration Departments No. 154 named after Paweł Edmund Strzelecki, in Warsaw. The campaign included artistic events, including: the Wyrwani z Niewoli concert, DJ Wiki, meetings with artists, interviews for Radio Plus, numerous competitions and workshops taking place as part of the Culture Week, titled this year "Travels through culture" (20 -24/05/2024).
About 1,000 people took part in the project - school students, parents, teachers and invited guests.
All this, combined with the days of the patron and the promotion of his ideas. Sensitivity to the needs of other people. Therefore, the main charitable goal of the campaign was to collect funds for the "Akogo?" Foundation.
The aim of the project was also to familiarize students with broadly understood culture and integrate the school, local and intergenerational environment. The event program includes days devoted to specific fields of culture.
During the concert, our representative, Marianna Janczarska, received a symbolic check worth PLN 8,000 from the school's principal, Sylwester Kolibabski.
