First aid
There is no need to convince anyone how important it is to provide first aid - we know well that the first seconds and minutes after an accident and the proper reaction of often random people can determine survival. That's why you can never have too much first aid training!
The 100 THOUSAND LIVES program, implemented by the 4 HELP Foundation, educates residents of rural areas who - due to the difficulty of reaching medical rescue teams - must take special care of the ability to provide first aid in situations of sudden threat to health or life.
Training using virtual reality (VR) will be conducted from July by Representatives of the Volunteer Fire Department (OSP) from all over Poland.

The training will be carried out from July to October 2024, including: during outdoor events, festivals, local events and open meetings for rural residents: families with children, seniors.
