Alarm clock for children

Dog therapy

At the "Alarm Clock" Clinic for children, our patients are visited by the Animals for People Association as part of additional activities.
With dogs and cats, they visit places and people who need support. They support young patients from the Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka Hospital, the „Alarm Clock" Clinic and other hospitals and facilities.
They support the development and education of children, youth and adults. They improve the treatment, rehabilitation and therapy of people with disabilities, elderly people and people in mental crisis.
They help families and loved ones.

Summary of the year in the „Alarm Clock” Clinic

Mr. Maciej Piróg, the director of the facility, told us about what 2023 was like for the „Alarm Clock" Clinic for children.

It was a good year! The 100th patient recovered, the facility celebrated its 10th anniversary in July, and new rehabilitation equipment was purchased.

We hope that the next year 2024 will be equally good, and with the stable health condition of our patients, we will be able to organize more surprises and artistic performances for them.

Thank you for your good cooperation and we wish you success in waking up our patients.

Superheroes’ league

Last weekend, a delegation from the "Akogo?" Foundation came to the „Alarm Clock" Clinics for children and adults and the League of Super-Heroes.
There was the distribution of gifts, group photos and some Christmas joy!
We would like to thank the representatives of the League of Superheroes for finding time in this hot period and flying to us from Szczecin to give some happiness to our patients.
We would like to thank Jysk Polska for supporting us with wonderful gifts: blankets, bedspreads, decorations, mascots.

Christmas carols with Mazowsze!

Last week, a choir from the Mazowsze Ensemble came to both „Alarm Clock" Clinics for children and adults in Warsaw.
On the same day, at the same time, in two Clinics, they sang Christmas carols for us and much more.
Our patients’ keepers also joined in the caroling.
After the performance, our guests visited the patients and gave gifts.
Thank you very much for these magical meetings!

C-Eye

New medical equipment has recently arrived at the „Alarm Clock" Clinic for children in Warsaw. "C-Eye", called Cyber-eye, is a modern Polish device that operates on the principle of interaction with the patient, i.e. using the technique of tracking and recording eye movements. As the patient acquires the ability to control eye movement, he or she can select elements (images, letters) on the monitor screen.

Teddy bear

The teddy bear from the „Alarm Clock" Clinic for children in Warsaw went to a sanatorium.
Józef Wilkoń, the author, told us about the difficulties of restoring the teddy bear to its former glory.
Only external protection and the Master's work will be able to return to its place for the children to continue enjoying.
This teddy bear is visited not only by patients of the „Alarm Clock" Clinic, but also by nearby branches of the Children's Health Center.
Thank you for saving our pupil!
