Medical Facility Manager / Administrative Manager "Alarm Clock" Clinic for adults Budzik Sp. z o.o. "Alarm Clock" Clinic for adults is a modern medical facility, launched in April 2023, conducting an innovative therapy for recovering adults from a coma. Our priority is to provide the highest quality healthcare to our patients using the most modern and innovative methods. Scope of responsibilities:
- Supervision and coordination of the Clinic's activities in the scope of healthcare services.
- Supervision over the implementation of tasks in accordance with legal regulations and the conditions for the implementation of healthcare services under the contract with the National Health Fund.
- Personnel management.
- Supervision over the correctness of the medical documentation kept.
- Supervision over the policy regarding the remuneration of the Clinic's medical and non-medical staff.
- Coordination of the preparation of the Clinic's medical staff schedules.
- Preparation and control of monthly settlements with the Clinic's staff, preparation of reports and analyses.
- Consideration of notifications and complaints, analysis of the Clinic's medical staff assessments.
- Caring for the Clinic's image.
- Cost control and development of solutions to optimize them. Process optimization to eliminate errors and unjustified expenses.

Employer requirements:
- Higher education
- Experience in a position related to the management of medical facilities or another with a similar scope of duties.
- Experience in handling administrative processes - cooperation with external suppliers, - verification of invoices from suppliers, supervision of the infrastructure and equipment of the Clinic.
- Entrepreneurship, dynamism in action, ability to organize own work and the team.
- Efficiency and strategic planning.
- Analytical thinking and conceptual work skills.
- Communication skills, ability to solve problems and work under time pressure.
- Optimization and automation of operational processes.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
- Stress resistance.
- Quick learning and initiative.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of English
